Developed in height due to the small dimensions of the plot, this house rests on a domestic workshop located on the ground floor and rises in search of light through skylights and a strategy of open spaces, especially in the stairs, which are aimed to achieve the maximum space possible within the first-floor rooms despite being situated between partition walls and the absence of an interior patio.

A meticulous treatment with the use of fine materials and the right amount of light results in a comfortable home from top to bottom, with a privileged positioned terrace overlooking Sevillian rooftops and designed for the enjoyment of its users with the presence of native vegetation.
